We stayed at Residences. The room was large 1 bedroom (1 bedroom, Living room and open kitchen) with comfortable beds. All new and clean. Pool, sauna facilities were amazing. Great mountain view and air. Great for kids. Prices were high compared to Serbia but if these facilities were in Central Europe, it would cost at least 3-5 times. We loved the place. Definitely will come back.

Hosts were super friendly and even though we arrived in very late hours, the hot tube was waiting for us to relax before our sleep.

The house is two-storey and very cozy. All facilities are intact and the whole atmosphere is quite homely.
The jakuzi in the middle of the living room is something that we as humanity must strive for.
The location is beautiful, in summer I guess it'd be even better. An old monastery hidden in the hills is about an hour away if you get there by foot, if you're driving there's even more to see nearby.
Definitely will come back here again.

I needed a place outside Belgrade and found this. Staff was perfect.
Everything was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The SPA is a minutes walk away and was included in the price. It’s huge and there’s a bunch of different saunas and pools with warm water. The rooms are spacious and super comfortable with really nice terraces. Breakfast was also solidly good with a lot of variations. There’s a few restaurants on the compound so you’re not dependent only on the main hotel restaurant which was super pleasant for snacks, drinks, coffees… all in all a 10/10!
Breakfast was exceptional, the sheets were clean. Pools and saunas are clean, the water was great and you can get clean towels for the spa and wellnes whenever you like.
Super friendly and helpful staff both at the reception of the residence and in the spa complex, very clean, warm and cozy room, comfortable bed, clean and crisp towels, the room has a coffee machine with filled water and capsules for it. We liked the spa complex, it’s not so crowded on weekdays, clean water, good variety of saunas. Breakfast was for an additional fee (1200 rsd/person) in the hotel building, but we were satisfied, there were a wide variety of delicious food and drinks for every taste.
Swimmingpools, spacious and safe parking place / garage, profesional staff, sauna, fitness, massage, beautiful nature and amenities around hotel but on the first place is food - extremely tasty and diverse. If you can stay during the working days it will save your wallet and avoid possible crowd
It's an amazing place to spend several days out of the city enjoying saunas and pools. The spa complex (terme) is great, with a lot of saunas, several indoor and outdoor pools. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast buffet offers a variety of tasty options. The spa complex and breakfast are included. I really enjoyed my stay there with my family.
The location is undoubtedly great, and the staff are both professional and accommodating—qualities one would expect at a venue of this caliber. The overall cleanliness and the breakfast/dinner offerings are commendable. The wellness amenities, including the spa and multiple swimming pools, are also noteworthy and offer high variety.
