This hotel truly exceeded our expectations! The customer service was absolutely incredible. The restaurant, bar, and breakfast were excellent. It is is in a perfect location, with easy walking to many shops, restaurants, local sites, etc. The rooms are very comfortable and the overall atmosphere is warm and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly and helpful staff, the hotel is exceptionally clean and the beds are so comfortable. We were a family of 4 and the rooms are well set up for accommodating young children. The rooms are cleaned daily and there is a lovely view and balcony to relax. The breakfast is a good choice and refreshed regularly through the morning sitting. We did the evening buffet one night and this was also nice and good value for money. The spa is a an added bonus with pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi!!
We stayed there on the day after our wedding and it was a great choice. We could relax in a beautiful room, enjoying the spa area and massages, great breakfast, the staff was very nice and helpful. It was great. Thank you.
The resort was beautifully conceptualized amidst the vineyard and incorporates the existing historical structures and buildings to make a fabulous oasis of relaxation. It is classy without being ostentatious. The use of wood and natural materials truly make it a natural wellness and spa resort. The staff was wonderful and the food was delicious. I highly recommend the cod Elmo!
Comfortable room, with a great view of praça da Batalha and Teatro São João. Good location, walking distance from many of the main Porto attractions. Staff was very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was ample and diversified. Also went to the spa and got a reflexology and geothermal massage - very relaxing and definitely worth the splurge. All in all, I would certainly recommend!
Great place to relax and as a base to explore the area. Indoor and outdoor pools were amazing including sauna and jacuzzi. Room good size with firm bed. Breakfast buffet was sufficient. Congratulations to owners for recovering and creating an amazing space. Staff attentive.
The spa facilities were excellent (we swam there every day, used the sauna and the steam room as well as booked a massage), we had breakfast included which was an amazingly rich buffet with great service. Most of the receptionists were very helpful and friendly. We had a fabulous time there!
Very central location, and immaculately comfortable and clean. Couldn't believe what good value. Breakfast also very good. We loved Porto, and couldn't fault the hotel. It is not a super luxury spa hotel - if that's what you want then this is not the right place, and you will have to pay considerably more. But for the money I have never had better value. Lovely staff too. Helpful (booked taxi, put our luggage into luggage room until our room was ready as we arrived in the morning, good turndown service).
Beautiful property in a relaxing location. The breakfast buffet is fantastic, lots to choose from. The pool is lovely, as are the sauna and hot tub. There are plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas to share. There are gorgeous walking trails around the property that are wonderful to explore. The restaurant at the property is lovely and good value for money.
Our room was really spacious with a balcony which gave us a wonderful view of the Atlantic. Breakfast and dinner in the restaurant was superb. Music in the bar in the evenings was really pleasant. The indoor and outdoor pool were to die for and the surrounds to relax in were desirable. I had a massage in the spa which was excellent.
The space is amazing, the location is very nice near the river and in a very calm and relaxing environment. The breakfast is very good as well. The relaxation massage was amazing. Rooms big and conformable. Overall a good experience.
