Fabulous hotel. Staff were friendly and incredibly helpful. The hotel has fantastic views so it is worth getting a room with the mountain views. Good choice available for the buffet Dinners and Breakfast, Lovely heated swimming pool to relax. The hotel is perfectly located for the start of the hanging terraces walk
Staff were very friendly and welcoming. They were very helpful and accommodating. The suite was lovely and spacious. I loved the overall atmosphere of the resort. How it was secluded and serene. It is a place you go to unwind and relax from stress.
Sahab Resort and Spa is an absolute paradise. From the moment I arrived, I was enveloped in tranquility and luxury. The stunning surroundings, impeccable service, and top-notch facilities made my stay truly memorable. Highly recommended!
I recently stayed at Sahab Resort and Spa and found it to be a pleasant experience overall. The resort had a beautiful location and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable, although some of the furnishings could use updating. Additionally, while the amenities were satisfactory, I found the spa services to be a bit overpriced compared to other options in the area. Overall, I would recommend Sahab Resort and Spa to others looking for a relaxing getaway.
Our room was amazingly designed and beautiful, with a pool you could jump into from the bedroom and that you could also see from every angle (good for watching the kids). The resort has beautiful gardens and the famous Diana point really is stunning, as are facilities like the spa and yoga studio facing the mountains. Breakfast and Ifthar dinner buffets were amazing. The pools were all heated, which was needed for the chilly weather in April up on the mountain. Kids club and archery lessons were great, thanks to amazing local staff.
The resort is very nicely located and has a manageable size. We had the "deluxe suite" which is quite spacious and comfortable. You have the opportunity to sit on a small terrace in front. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was adequate and tasty. Directly at the resort are the fantastic rose slopes, which can be easily explored on foot. A description of the hiking trail (one of the nicest in Oman) was handed over to us at the front desk. Particularly noteworthy is the helpfulness and friendliness of the manager.
The room was spacious and well-equipped. The hotel is quiet, and the staff are very supportive. The breakfast is fantastic, and the staff are very responsive and attentive. Our son (3 years old) enjoyed the facility, he was riding his bike all the time. A lot of greenery surrounds the hotel, and they are working on planting their food (we saw tomato plants, rockets, basil, and thyme). The hotel is at the centre of activities, we managed to cover all recommended things to do in Jabal Akhdar. Most things were within reach (15- 20 minutes drive).
The view is spectacular, it is worth to go there and be surrounded by nature. Area, hotel, room, pool, jacuzzi, spa were great. We are not the fan of a la carte breakfast, but for two times it wasn't a problem.
My expectations were exceeded by the accommodation. From the views of the mountains and clouds to the breakfast in the morning where you can sit and order as much as you want to the spa which was a 10/10 I would say the place is a quiet hotel so its mostly for ill say relaxation and you do have rock climbing activities which were a once in a lifetime will definitely be returning
