Beautifully decorated hotel with a perfect location. The room was spacious and had a nice view of the park. We had two bathrooms, which was super convenient. The bed was big enough and comfy. There were two pillow options available. Tasty food at SNOB restaurant and calming experience at Spa. The pool area is not very spacious, but the massage was brilliant. Car park is available in 200 metres in paid underground parking. Will definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Riga 👍

All of the spacious rooms at the Hotel Grand Palace are elegantly furnished. Each offers air conditioning, a work desk, a laptop safe and a trouser press. The bathrooms have heated floors and they come with free toiletries, slippers and bathrobes. Amazing. Impeccable service, the rooms were well equipped, location was immense and the breakfast spread was sublime. An absolutely incredible place.

This property offers access to a terrace, free private parking and free WiFi. The holiday home has an outdoor fireplace and a hot tub. The owners are very pleasant and nice. The sauna and pool was amazing 10/10. I will definitely return there. Highly recommend.

Kitchen was fully equiped to cook food. It included all the needed items. Even tough it was self service, staff always kept in touch trough chat and made sure we are satisfied.

The air-conditioned accommodation is 500 metres from Valmiera Drama Theatre, and guests can benefit from private parking available on site and free WiFi. Totally recommend it, the location, the apartment and also the owner of the property was very kind and helpful.

There was 20 cm thick snow all around and -5 deg Celsius outside temperature, but the room was nicely heated at +24 deg C. I was pleased that inside the room was a tiny fridge, a microwave, a kettle, and a full set of dishes, cutlery, and various teas. We brought our own food and heated it up in the microwave. It was amazing, that the tree house is near a lake. The lake was fully frozen therefore it was safe to walk on it. A patch on the lake was even cleared to go ice-skating. We did not bring our own skates, but the host Maija gave us skates with EU size of 44 and 38. It was completely random and unexpected that we could go ice-skating on the lake. It got dark at the night, so we could also see the stars. We also rented sauna, which is near the lake. You can control the heat in the sauna by adding more wood or throwing water on the hot rocks to make hot steam. After sauna we also went to the lake to dip in the water. A small batch of the lake was not frozen so you could easily have an ice bath. Note: Taxi ride from Cesis train/bus station was 6 euros. If you want a taxi driver who speaks English, then I suggest using taxi company "Taksi 118 , IK". We would definitely want to come back again.
