This was a treat for us on a road trip to Pisa and was just lovely. One of the nicest boutique hotels we have ever stayed in. The pool was glorious, service exemplary, location is right on the lake in the small town of Cremia and we had a terrace with a gorgeous view. The seafood restaurant next door was also delicious. Also the cooked to order breakfast was such a nice touch, and the whole hotel was stylish and restful.

Lovely spacious rooms with a tasteful modern decor. Loved the large bathroom with a huge shower arrangement. There was lift, slow but much appreciated. The breakfast was excellent and generous and the breakfast room was cosy with a lovely view of the internal courtyard. It's location, in the small town of San Giovanni di Bellagio, was a great choice as it provided a quiet and relaxing experience to the crowded and overly touristy Bellagio.

Located a 5 minute stroll to the centre of Como, this villa was a perfect luxury stay before a week of work in Milan. The pool and poolside aperitivo service was fabulous! The room was very spacious, modern and clean, with a balcony overlooking the pool. The breakfast was delicious with numerous choices offered and bottomless espresso refills. I was also able to store my luggage free of charge before check in and after check out. Would definitely stay here again.
The villa is just beautiful. Immaculately clean and spacious room with a balcony and the most amazing view. The swimming pool was lovely on a hot day. Again very clean and quiet. Really nice apt close to lake Como easy to parking and the place was clean and really spacious have all the comfort, take the shower is the best. Quiet neighborhood where to relax. Next door is a paestry where you can have nice Italian breakfast cappuccino. The owner super nice! I recommend it
the whole place is beautiful. a 5-10 minute walk down to Bellagio Town and the lake front. Beautiful views, great attentive staff, rooms were always lovely and clean and always able to accommodate any requests we had. breakfast was lovely. we didn't actually eat at the hotel for lunch/dinner but it was always busy. the pool is lovely, very relaxing, as is the new spa facilities. just nothing I could fault with it and would 100% recommend.
Mary was a fantastic host! Very welcoming and flexible, providing a proper Italian breakfast. (Cappuccino and Croissant) Room was big and spacious. The balcony in the afternoon is perfect to relax and dry out towels and bathers. Not too far from town to walk in and out. Extremely close to the foreshore walkway. Not too busy this side of town!
Cosy and quiet place to spend relaxing holidays far from touristic noise and rush. Personel extremely friendly and helpful. The view from tarace is amazing and "honesty bar" very handy (and affordable) just on the site. Breakfasts rich and delicious. Rooms clean and spacious.

The rooms are well fitted with every comfort needed and more, hotel is clean and beautifully styled/polished, location couldn’t be better for Bellagio, breakfast buffet is huge with great selection, view at brekky is amazing way to start the day, rooftop bar a perfect way to end day and relax before dinner, hotel staff are welcoming, friendly and helpful! We booked use of the hotel spa / massage, we had robes/towel waiting on our bed and our private session was incredible. Would recommend to all travellers
