Very clean and well taken care of. Such a peaceful and beautiful place to stay with so much history. The staff were all very friendly, professional and accommodating. They went out of their way to make our stay great!

This is our first choice of hotels when attending venues down south.
It's spotlessly clean, comfortable and the complementary tea and coffee is a lovely touch that made us feel right at home.

Champneys Henlow has a secluded location in rural Bedfordshire, just outside Letchworth. Our one night stay was really relaxing. The pool is impressive and there were lots of beds and chairs to relax in. The outdoor areas are stunning.

Spacious and comfortable rooms, friendly staff. Breakfast in the Wernher Restaurant was delightful with many options to choose from (hot & cold food, healthy options too). The facilities are fantastic - lots of gym equipment and various spa facilities (steam room, sauna, solarium, large pool and large hot tub).
A pleasant, warm welcome on arrival and check-in. The deluxe Mansion Room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the private gardens, lake and beyond. A peaceful location, perfect to unwind The Lounge had a relaxed ambience for pre dinner drinks. The decor is amazing, especially in The Werhner restaurant, where we enjoyed a delicious 3 course meal and breakfast the following day. We wished we had more time to explore the grounds and hope to return again soon. All the staff were so friendly.
Area was perfect, not to far from motorway and very easy to find. Felt secure and could relax due the gated security system and other video securities Communication with the propriet or and staff was exceptional very good rapour for understanding our needs; lots of space inside and outside, my boys enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi and a spa even though we did not use the spa as we were too busy with our own planned events to get into it we appreciate the fact that it was readily available but next time we will.
A lovely big property close to Luton Airport and junction 10 of the M1. Very modern interior with plenty of space to chill. Big well-equipped kitchen, and a great selection of comfortable bedrooms. The hot tub and sauna were brilliant. Jae is a brilliant host, and always contactable to sort out any immediate issues.
Everything flawless smooth and accordingly thanks to the reception staff Luke he made sure of that. Nice clean tidy spacious rooms ensure a very comfortable relaxing stay. Ample parking not far from Bedford to. Awesome variety of choices for included breakfast which was very tasty. Continuing steps to help prevention of covid 19 seals the deal. I highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area of Bedford.
On arrival the receptionist was very helpful Spa massage was brilliant Kids cookies and milk a nice touch every evening Good banana bread at breakfast
Loved the sauna and hot tub, spacious kitchen and dining room and lots of room inside and out for a family reunion. Host was very responsive to any questions we had and provided detailed instructions for sauna etc. Had a wonderful weekend with family at this beautiful house.
A very friendly welcome on arrival, led to a very spacious ,comfortable room and left to settle in. On going down for dinner, we were led to a comfortable table and enjoyed a very well prepared and presented meal. After spending the night in a very comfortable bed, we breakfasted in the morning with a large choice of food in a relaxed atmosphere.
