We were delighted with everything it had to offer, including the rooms, the stunning views, and the exceptionally friendly staff. The spa area provided a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and the location of the hotel was truly outstanding. It provided a serene and tranquil environment that allowed us to unwind and find peace. We loved our experience so much that we are already planning to return in the future, and we definitely recommend this place to our friends.

Spectacular views of the lake from the spacious room, which was also very clean and quiet. Great location, with a beautiful walk into town or a short walk to the nearby tram stop taking you into Montreux and Vevey. All staff very helpful and friendly. Access to the Thermal pools was included with robes, slippers, etc provided. This was a fabulous experience - very warm water, lovely sauna and very relaxing. Easy, copious free parking on site. Excellent breakfast. Nice walk into old town.

Nice spa area for relaxing after a ski day open from 16:00 - 21:00 with 2 Saunas, one real finnish sauna and a bio sauna.The pool was perfect for swimming in the morning, it's open from 7:00 - 12:00 and 13:00 - 21:00. Ski Room with heated shoe holders, the hotel is very close to the Diablerets express ski lift (3min walk). The breakfast buffet was good, the staff was very nice, the room was very clean.
The place is so cosy and welcoming. Easily accessible close to the station and lots of parking. I was there to relax and hike it was perfect for both. I loved my room and the views are amazing. The staff are really friendly and helpful the breakfast was fantastic. I made use of the spa which was lovely the swimming pool and jacuzzi both with a view of the mountains is just wonderful. Plenty of places to relax and have a drink a real gem I'll definitely go back.
The room was spacious with the promised balcony and wonderful view of the lake. I wish we had had more time to enjoy it and all the options including pool and sauna and a walk along the lake. The breakfast spread was huge with the view of the lake. The city pass also provided lots of options/discounts -- something that we get from the high city taxes -- including to Chateau Chillon which is only 10 minutes away.

Very beautiful view to the mountains around. The personnel was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was of very good quality and had great variety of drinks, breads etc. Our room was spacious with side view to the mountains, very cozy and comfortable beddings. The sauna and the jacuzzi gave this extra touch of relaxation!
