A lovely property that has been well looked after and the staff are very attentive. We visited at Christmas time and the lobby had the most amazing Christmas tree and festive decorations. Our rooms had views of Lake Lucerne and the alps which was lovely to wake up to every morning. The breakfast is served in what looks like a ball room! Lots of breakfast options and really nice extra's like chocolates and cakes in our room. Definitely recommend.

Terletak dalam 12-minit berjalan kaki dari Kereta Kabel Titlis Rotair dan 35km dari Stesen Lucerne, Kempinski Palace Engelberg menyediakan bilik di Engelberg. All was exceptional, Kempinsky Hotel will surely see us again soon. However the one problem we had, was the problem with the double bed in our room that was disappointing. It is 2 single beds moved together ( terrible) it was however resolved with additional bedding and was slightly more comfortable.It would be good if double beds can be supplied and not single beds just moved together. Furthermore your hotel is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Thank you and your staff was brilliant.

This is like a dream place. An experience you would hardly forget! The location is dreamy, my room was facing the hills with cowbells ringing all day. Breakfast are exquisite, whatever you like will be served within a minute. Service everywhere in the resort is amazing, stuff is the friendliest and the most entertaining for the ones who travel alone too. You can enjoy several different restaurants with great cuisine and views. Spa in the Waldhotel is perfect, clean and quiet, not many visitors during a low season (i was basically alone there all the time). You can also enjoy some attractions around or visit Luzern by boat fastly.

On the sunny plateau of Melchsee-Frutt in the Swiss Alps, 1,920 meters above sea level, this hotel features a spa and an open-air lounge with mountain views. Stöckalp SMF Ski Lift is 150 metres away. - beautiful scenery, we stayed in lake view double room in Frutt mountain resort, the one up on the hill. It is close to cable car station, a little walk up the hill. From the station you can walk through the tunnel that will send you to close to Lago family lodge(part of Frutt mountain resort on the lake level and you can walk up the hill from there or you can walk down the hill from the station than a little up the hill to the hotel, overall it's not far from the station and also paranoiac lift that take you to the lake level and they also have tunnel that connect between 2 parts of hotel (Frutt mountain on the hill and Lago family lodge on the sea level) - variety choices of breakfast, they also have main dish to choose etc. egg benedict's, omelette, crepe, have both cold and hot food, a lot of cheeses - the stream pool looks nice with the view but we didn't use it opens until late at night - 3 restaurants, 2 in Frutt mountain resort and 1 in lago lodge - helpfull staffs, we can store our bags after check out for few hours for a little exploration in Melchsee-Frutt

In one word, perfect!! In 3 words, heaven on earth. The hotel is amazing, the view cannot be captured by any photos. A luxurious hotel, yet the elegance is not extravagant. The staff is amazing, never seen such a willingness to help and serve, they are so nice I cannot find the words. The breakfast is amazing, the infinity pool is breathtaking, and the view and location are amazing. One of the best hotels I've been to. Felt like home and I miss it already. Looking forward to my next time there.
