You get 2 small bottles of house wine in the minibar. The staff takes the extra mile to assist and make your stay perfect.

A wonderful boutique hotel/guesthouse. Location is just on the Danube literally 5 minutes from the center square, rooms are nice and spotless, service is excellent, abundant free parking near the hotel, great breakfast and very relaxing atmosphere.
Excellent location on the Danube as we wanted. Good breakfast with a variety of foodstuffs and fresh honey off the comb which is delicious in yoghurt and on toast. Spacious clean room with views out over the Danube. The riverside and the town centre but a stones throw of this hotel. We will recommend this highly to anyone wishing for a short stay.
Stayed for one night. The hotel is in the center, so there is a problem with parking. You can park your car under the hotel and hope not to get a fine, or in the paid parking lot if there is space. If the windows of the room face the street, you will not sleep (noisy nightclub, noisy people, noise all night). Windows do not protect against noise and cold. The room was cold at night, although the air conditioner worked, but did not provide heat. The breakfast is not tasty (strange taste of milk and butter).
A good hotel in the centre of Ruse. We had a standard room on the 2nd floor. The room was small. The bedroom area was recently renovated. The bathroom area had not been renovated and it was a little old and a bit dated. The walls are thin, so if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs. A complimentary breakfast is included. It includes homemade waffles, fresh fruit and a variety of juices. The gym is decent (free), the sauna and swimming pool are too small to enjoy (approx 7,50 euro per hour).
the breakfast was fantastic, the owner gave us more than we could want and very tasty. Even though the owner did not know English very well we were both able to communicate through google translate and it wasn't a problem at all. The room was simple, clean and relaxing. We enjoyed the homey feeling, kindness of the owner and the relaxing nature of the area.
Nice hotel, good location - 3 min walking from the central square, near Danube river, friendly staff even a kind of overwhelming hospitality. The room was spacy, nice and clean. Bed and pillows were comfy. The English breakfast is very good.

The hotel is in a nice part of the city, close to the main square and right by the river. The staff was always friendly and helpful. It is worth choosing a room facing the river, because the view on the Danube is great. The room and bathroom were clean and spacious. The breakfast was good, with several options of cold and hot food.
The hotel seems quite new, is located close to the Danube River and there are plenty of free parking spaces in the street. The room was large and we had a small terrace in the garden, which was really nice. Breakfast was good and the staff was lovely.
