Guestrooms provide free Wi-Fi access and cable TV. This hotel is a way better than 5-start hotel in the same location! It is cleaner, cozy, all is renovated clean and neat, the pool and the spa area are superb and the variety if half board choices at the breakfasts and dinners was very good. Even my child who is a food picker was truly enjoying.

Hotel Yastrebets Wellness & Spa is located directly at the Yastrebets ski slope and features a gourmet restaurant and a piano bar. The location couldn’t be better even though it’s 3 km drive from the borovets city but the hotel located in the middle of forest and I could hear only the birds sounds and nothing else which for me it was perfect. The room was big enough and comfortable bed. It has balcony with the forest view.

Wifi Internet is available and works flawlessly. Television can be used for YouTube and Netflix. We were initially worried due to the few reviews, but we were very satisfied with everything. We didn't feel any lack in the room. Thank you very much for everything.

We had apartment replacement on arriving, the manager of the apartment handled the situation and it came out just fine The key is easy to find, the building is guarded and has very nice and well maintained territory. You can sit outside, there are few nice spots. It is close to Borovets center by foot, but if you have a car there is a parking slot ( can be busy on weekends) The apartment was super clean, nice and comfy. You have all you need for cooking, washing machine, plenty of space, beautiful view from the balcony, nothing to complain really, we liked it a lot. The place itself is a paradise for nature hiking, the air and the forest , just go out and enjoy

Buffet and continental breakfast options with warm dishes, local specialities and fresh pastries are available every morning at the chalet. Clean, peaceful place. There was full refrigerator with soft drinks and beers, as well as vines, extra virgin olive oil, coffee machine...

In a very nice and well-kept complex, where you can use the spa and food for an additional fee. Easy way to check in. Very kind and responsive hosts. The studio had everything we needed for our stay. Very comfortable beds. It was very clean, quiet and cozy. Expect us again soon.

Lovely host, provided clear instructions to collect the key as well as contacts of a ski rental/school where we were given a discount. The slopes were only a very short walk away, don't let Google Maps confuse you if you're new to the area like us - everything was much closer than we expected!
