Clean, tasty interior, very quiet and peaceful at the beginning of July. Good communication with the host, quick reply. You'll find sweets, wine, a bottle of water waiting for you in the studio - nice of them :)

Great stay, only 2min walk from gondola!! Definitely value for money. We were surprised with the variety in breakfast and dinner. They even saved food for us since we arrived late. The spa was nice as well.

Very nice room (we a had a studio, with a living area, a bedroom and a small dressing), excellent breakfast, very nice spa. The hotel is located practically in the forest, the air is very clean, it's quiet and really relaxing. We liked a lot the swimming pool and the different sauna that are available in the spa area. The staff is very well trained and the restaurant has a very good chef. The prices in the restaurant are pretty high, but it's normal, as the quality of the food and the service are very good. Overall we had a great experience.

We had apartment replacement on arriving, the manager of the apartment handled the situation and it came out just fine The key is easy to find, the building is guarded and has very nice and well maintained territory. You can sit outside, there are few nice spots. It is close to Borovets center by foot, but if you have a car there is a parking slot ( can be busy on weekends) The apartment was super clean, nice and comfy. You have all you need for cooking, washing machine, plenty of space, beautiful view from the balcony, nothing to complain really, we liked it a lot. The place itself is a paradise for nature hiking, the air and the forest , just go out and enjoy

If you are looking for peaceful, warm and cozy chalet in a quite and beautiful area, this is the place!! Starting from its location (next to the forest), its very rewarding to breath fresh air every morning and feel connected to the nature. You will most certainly have company as there are 2 very friendly cats and dogs that always come in the morning and afternoon fetching for food. The host was very welcoming. He provided us with all the necessities we desiderd. Everytime we needed something he responded in under 1 min and came to the chalet immediately if needed. The host also helped us with ski equipment rental and facility bookings. The chalet has a personal sauna which we enjoyed every day while we stayed here. You will also find a modern bbq equipment and everything you need for a grill.

Plenty of space in the room, more than comfort. Very clean. Convenient closet for luggage. Beautiful view of the forest. Parking seat close to the room.

Exceptional facilities, everything was brand new and very clean. Light and warm apartment. Lovely host, provided clear instructions to collect the key as well as contacts of a ski rental/school where we were given a discount. The slopes were only a very short walk away, don't let Google Maps confuse you if you're new to the area like us - everything was much closer than we expected! Thank you so much for a perfect vacation.
