The spa centre offers indoor swimming pools, sauna, steam bath, kneipp bench and fitness center. Set on the panoramic terrace are 2 outdoor hot tubs with sun beds and umbrellas. Guests can also enjoy unique Japanese massage techniques, rituals and therapies. The size of the villa was spectacular, the customer service was outstanding and the food was incredible. I will 100% be revisiting this hotel, I had the most amazing time.

We had a lovely stay! Our room was comfy, clean and we had service every day. The receptionist team was very friendly and professional. The breakfast and service was nice and fast. I would highly recommend this hotel.

There was a great selection of food for breakfast including hot food, fruit, cereals, pastries etc. The hotel has a pool, sauna, steam and hot tub, however it gets very busy and there were lots of children there when we were staying which wasn't very relaxing.
We have been to this hotel a couple of years now, it is in a good location, it is good value for money the staff are very helpful and friendly, The breakfast is a good start to the day and it has good facilities after being on the slopes so you can relax in the pool and spa facilities or have a massage. A games room for the kids and a playroom for the babies toddlers, then you can have a beer in the bar. 😊😊
The breakfast was rich and the food quality was good. We liked that the room was very clean, with modern furniture and a nice view. We booked a studio room, but they upgraded it to apartment which was very nice. The SPA area was also clean enough and large relaxation area. We also booked a massage which was perfect after two ski sessions (also worth the money). The stuff is very nice to you and they help you with whatever you needed.
Fantastic location, room was clean and big enough for 2 people, the Hot Tub, Sauna and pool are an added bonus. Breakfast was nice and plenty of availability, the in-house Spa provides a good range of treatments at a reasonable price. The staff are friendly and helpful.
This is definitely the best hotel in Bansko! I highly recommend this hotel and for sure I will come back again. The room was perfectly clean, the view to the mountain was very nice. I've been to many hotels, but better food i have never seen. Breakfast was extraordinary. There were many choices. Dinner was also very rich, any kind of meat, fish, seafood, beef, pork, chicken... Spa centar is the cleanest spa in the world. Massage was very relaxing. I really don't have even one complaint about this hotel.
The hotel was located right by the ski slopes, making it incredibly convenient for us to hit the slopes each morning. And after a long day of skiing, there was nothing better than relaxing in the spa with its sauna. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating, making our stay enjoyable. The cleaning Service washed the dishes we ate breakfast from every morning.

Fantastic breakfast included in room rate. We didn't add half board when we booked but for 20lev (10eur) we went for the buffet dinner several nights and it was great value for money. An extensive good value a la carte menu was also available. Fantastic spa facilities with 3 saunas, steam room and treatments as well as pool with hot tub. Had a great deep tissue massage.
