The sauna area is not the biggest, but it was never crowded. The staff are tremendously forthcoming and friendly. In the area, you can hike up to Pogusch and have amazing views of the mountains.

Lovely big appartment, with 2 separate bedrooms and living room. Kitchen well-equipped, we also enjoyed the balcony. Suitable for families with kids.

Breakfast consist of cold and warm buffet. Overall it was nice stay

I have two young kids, the hotel has everything to keep them entertained and the food is pretty good.

A relaxed village at the foot of the mountains. The bathroom is spacious and the heating is controlled. The owners are kind and helpful. They paid attention to everything. I'm maximum satisfied, I could spend a great couple of days here.
Amazing hotel. Beautiful location. Food delicious and good selection of drinks on tap available 7am-midnight. Loads for the kids to do (huge indoor / outdoor play areas, petting zoo, pony riding/grooming, adventure activities, crafts, varing evening activity such as disco /fire pit). Pool and spa are great. The whole place is designed with kids in mind but is a luxury experience for parents as well. Staff work really hard. Lots of amazing memories made. We'd love to go back.

All in all, it's hard for me to find things that I liked. Breakfast was ok.

Good location, interesting building, friendly personel, good breakfast
Breakfast was good, and people on site were very helpful and even provided us with kid's high chair for breakfast without us even asking for it. The room was clean. Beds mattresses were comfortable as well, even though the beds were weird.
Everything was perfect. The apartment had everything we needed, was recently refurbished and perfectly clean. We were impressed with the closet space and the utility of the furniture. The lighting was perfect. Very smart design, they really thought of everything a traveler needs. The beds were very comfortable and the room temperature was great. We had a very good night sleep. The breakfast was very good. We were offered complementary tea and coffe during the day. The host was very nice and hard working.
