The hotel staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay, including helping us find restaurants and hikes in the area. If you like hiking and nature, there are so many great outdoor activates walking distance away from the hotel (and the nature surrounding Pertisau is stunning). We wish we could have stayed longer!

Phenomenal breakfast, great selection of quality ingredients, from a diverse range of juices to a selection of salami and cheese. You can order omelette, scrambled eggs or hamenex. I recommend trying their ESS bar restaurant for dinner - it deserves a Michelin star. Extremely helpful staff, including the owner, who always talked to us at the bar and took care of the guests. Great respect - one of the best accommodations we've been to.
