Very comfortable suits: we had everything we need, it was clear and spacious. The stuff did their job perfectly. Although it was February, the swimming pool and jacuzzi worked. Breakfast was also fine, we had a great choice of food. I recommend you to visit the bar in the hotel

Lovely decor, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, super friendly and accommodating staff, iftar dinner service in the Brasserie Boulud restaurant was impeccable. The French toast in the breakfast service was outstanding. Pool area and sauna was excellent. We had an amazing time.
The room that I stayed in had Jacuzzi which I was really looking forward to jump in and relax. The breakfast was awesome and the staff attending me was friendly. Went for a spa session to get my body scrubbed and massage. The 75 mins was well spent.
Exceptional customer service topped with fantastic facilities and rooms. The room was extremely comfortable with very high tech features. The design of the hotel was lovely and unique, with the gentleman who checked us in explaining all of Armani’s thoughts whilst designing it. Breakfast was tasty although slightly slow in service. The spa facilities were amazing, with a great sauna and steam room and the best massage I’ve ever received.
Big rooms, plenty of choice in breakfast. Rooms were big sizes. Early check in was accommodated including offering us bigger suite. Getting Fruit basket in the room was very nice gesture. Swimming pool area, little small but we were able to enjoy the area without too much interruption. Sauna and Spa were nice and clean.. Massage a bit expensive but you are on holidays, make the most of it.. Super friendly service and staff. Restaurant had excellent food and tasted really good too.

Really good value for money, spacious and modern rooms, comfortable beds, good wifi and air conditioning, nice facilities. I liked breakfast outside. Buffet dinner was amazing, different menu every night and lots of options. Swimming pool and sauna were great. I like how quiet the room is. I also love the breakfast. I enjoy the massage from your soul senses spa and wellness. I would like to commend the great work of Mina who is knowledgeable about my requested Balinese Massage Treatment. And also the assistance that Madam Ann gave me in booking the slot and explaining the different treatments that the spa offers.
Celebrating our anniversary, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. We received a complimentary upgrade and a wonderful fruit platter was delivered to the suite. The bed was extremely comfortable and the breakfast was fresh with plenty of options to choose from. The spa and massages are a must do! Thank you to the wonderful staff for a great and relaxing stay.
The spa is a lovely oasis and the massage treatments were excellent. The breakfast buffet at Moana was plentiful and delicious. Overall the Sofitel has a relaxed tropical feel with a lovely beach, pools and restaurants.
Beautiful hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Amazing sauna/spa treatment (special thanks to the Moroccan lady who took care of my massage... she was really professional). Very good breakfast and food in general. Pool and beach were clean and excellent. Great stay for my first time in Dubai.
