Absolutely loved this hotel. The staff was amazing. I requested a room with a tub after we arrived and they were able to accommodate us. The checked in with us throughout the visit via phone messages. They could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was incredible. They had a great variety and even gluten free options. The location is amazing and. Only 15 min from the Expo Center and the HUGE mall is just down the street. You could not ask for more.
It was peaceful and not many people there so we had space to park. Vending machines are nice. Felt old school. Beds were great and rooms were comfortable.
the staff were very friendly and helpful. they made sure we had extra towles . they answered all our questions and calls and the breakfast was super good . the lady at the front desk was very welcoming and sweet
The room was completely well organized and secure. Very clean, comfortably decorated. Excellent use of space. The staff was very friendly, informative and patient. Breakfast was good, dinning facilities were clean, and presented a wonderful atmosphere. Cook staff, made sure food was plentiful, organized and readily available. Day manager worked diligently to keep these orderly and pleasant for guests.
Overall the hotel is in a good location if you have a car. It is close to the various highways, Valley Forge National Park and the KOP Mall. The room itself was spacious (we took a larger room) and the bed was very comfortable and there was an ability to adjust the temperature in the room beyond the normal 68-72 degrees that some hotels 'lock' you into. The hotel also has a free shuttle to the mall and the breakfast downstairs is ok.
