The best choice in Fort Portal. Walking distance from the centre. Very spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. Good shower, excellent WiFi. Beautiful garden. The friendly owner Ritah and her staff make you feel most welcomed and are helpful in planning your trip. Breakfast is also delicious. It was a highlight in our trip in Uganda.

I could go on and on. We had an amazing time as a family and look forward to coming back soon without the kids so we can try the honeymoon rooms.
The staff were so attentive and helpful. We were given choices for breakfast food and the time we had it. The room was really spacious and the bed was very comfortable. It was mostly very quiet. it was only a short boda boda ride or walk to town. Palm star motel is very good value for money.
The hotel grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed the views.

Good, spacious location in walking distance from the town (20min). Breakfast was good they even prepared something to take with us on our early chimpanzee trek.
the rooms were spacious with just the right amount of furnishing. the deck was the right size and had 2 chairs and a table, the bathroom was very clean and modern with hot water, nice towels. the room was cleaned whenever we needed it. very nice grounds with beautiful vegetation. food was very good with a very big delicious breakfast ( free ). Staff were very friendly ( spoke english ), and very accommodating. Food service was good with a good selection.
The lake view from my room was mindblowing, loved that there was hot water, staff were really nice, the cottages are amazing and spacious,loved the peace and quiet with the birds singing in the trees ,breakfast was variety filled and i loved the late evening snacks too. Literally, this place exceeded my expectations.
