One of the best hotels in Kyiv hands down. Everything was perfect — a comfortable bed, spacious room, bathroom filled with everything you need (and then some). Bathtub. And of course, the amazing view looking out into the European Square. (From the restaurant floor, you can even see the Dnipro River in the distance.) Breakfast was excellent and not overpriced. It was a pleasure to spend some time there, and I'll certainly be back when I can.
I've got a free upgrade for my room - that was really nice. Excellent breakfast, lots of vegetables and fruits. Hotel very clean. They have a prompt notification system for power cuts so that you do not use lifts when switching from grid to autonomous power supply (short time cuts in power happening during the switch). Arranged a spacious shelter that accommodates conducting meetings.
The spa section of this hotel is fantastic. Two separate saunas and a steam room, two pools and a salt room. Breakfast is fresh, lovely coffee and a great selection of local and foreign cuisine.

My perfect hotel in Kyiv. Fabulous indeed. I keep returning there to relax in spa in between my business meetings. I like the location: I can enjoy the breakfast, spend some time in the pool or gym and then quickly get out of the city avoiding any traffic. Perfect location if you travel by car and need to move towards Zhytomyr.
Beautiful pine forest parkette on the grounds, and the indoor spa area with pool, sauna, massage room, etc. is very relaxing and a nice hideaway from the hustle and bustle of the Kyiv. I would like to have enjoyed the outdoor pool, but it was closed during my stay. The hotel is not far from Kyiv's largest mall, Lavina Mall. The traditional interior decor of the hotel may be appealing to some. The WiFi works seamlessly across all spaces.
