The location is good. Just next to the main road, walking distance to all main attractions and restaurants. We had a two-bedroom room and it was good. Rooms are specious and in good condition.

Very comfortable and clean room, facilities, nice spa with a swimming pool, and sauna. As a family with 1.5yo kid we really enjoyed the swimming pool for kids, elevator to our 5th floor, large playing room at the 2nd floor, etc. Also the restaurant was nice, cozy and had variety of tasty meals. The staff was very friendly and it added to the great impression overall.

Everything was super amazing 🤩 Starting with the receptionist and finishing with the guy from the spa section. Everyone was very helpful, nice, positive, just amazing. 😍🥰 Every morning we had many options of food for breakfast and everything was super fresh and very delicious.I booked for my family 2 standard double rooms but we had them upgraded which was super cool. Hotel is located in very good place, close to many restaurants and attractions. I really recommend it for everyone else. We was speaking English and Russian languages, everyone was understanding us and no issues with the language barrier. In my opinion everywhere in customer service we must've helpful people like this, from Ganz & Spa hotel 🏨👍👍👍

The facilities are modern and well maintained, with friendly and supportive staff. Good quality textiles, toiletries, accessories. Enough storage space and shelfs in the room. Drinking water (both cold and hot) is provided in the watercoolers on each floor. Amazing menu in the restaurant. We also enjoyed the provided entertainment services such as yoga, table tennis, a playroom for kids. The hotel rents out good gear for winter sports (by the way, the nearest piste and lift are only few steps away).
The administration staff and the kitchen staff ( Delicious breakfast and Dinner ) were very kind and humble. They were all very helpful every time.
Location is also near just 10 minutes walk to the center.
Buffet breakfast and dinner was delicious and the selection was vast. Location is close to ski lifts. Hotel staff were simply delightful. Rooms were clean, heating and electric was constant.
I liked Gremi Hotel in general. From booking the room to the check out and the friendly staff - it was all brilliant. A cozy and nice wooden hotel. The food was delicious too! There are two things I enjoyed most - the food and the sauna after dinner. Just overall - I would definitely recommend!
It is a proper hotel with reception, restaurant, and staff (unlike "private apartments" with somewhat relaxed approach). They are close to ski lifts, restaurant menu is good enough to not to go outside for food. They have an free spa facilities, which are far from luxury but still OK. Other good things: heating, lift which covers 5 of the 6 floors, own ski rental, heated storage room for ski and garment, friendly staff, mountain views.
