In my travel history the most and most dirty hotel and bad service no one making help for us The hotel windows are bad and old and exposed to huge noise and sun. The curtains are old and do not block the light. They are not the size of a window, but rather small. The bed is torn. I do not wish to repeat the experience in such hotels.

the hotel was so beautiful very picturesque, it felt like we went back in time. everything was so beautiful our room had a hammam and sauna inside it was perfect. we had a wonderful time with Balkan and Abla was so hospitable. for something a bit different I would recommend staying at this 800 year old kervansaray, it’s definitely worth it!
