- Very good location, totally walkable to Kata beach, Kata Noi beach and also some hidden beach in the middle which im not sure the name but overall various beach choices - Easy to access to other main beaches like Karon, Patong if u have a bike - Plenty of food places, 711 or mini mart arounds - Good massage places with good prices: Saban, Let’s relax spa - Host is kind and responsive - 1st floor has a great book shelf (not many English books though), nice lobby and dining area with great basic stuffs for breakfast such as tea, coffee, hot water, milk, cookies, some toast and banana for breakfast, totally good enough. You can order food as well. - The room has all the things you need (closet, lots of clothes hangers, fridge, tv etc.), hair dryer can be borrowed at the reception, otherwise towels, shower cap, shampoo/ shower gel is prepared, good hot shower. Soundproof seems good as the place was fully booked but I barely heard any noise. Housekeepers nicely clean the room everyday without having to ask and change new towels.
