Check in process very efficient. Property was very clean with balcony, parking available on the property, facilites were great, 50 zl/person spa was excellent treat after lots of walking. Great standards and very quiet.

The breakfast was really great with lot of choices. At the wellness we always found beds to rest on, and the sauna area was good. We had a really nice view from our window to a little waterflow which was next to the hotel. City was close but not too close which was perfect. Cleaning ladies were really nice, they were not speaking English but they were very happy and friendly (or I think so :D )

Absolute treasure, attention to detail can be seen everywhere. The room is spacious and comfortable. The best part of the wellness is that you can have a refreshing plunge in the creek after the sauna. Breakfast is one of the best in this A’la cart setting we’ve ever had.

The property has excellent facilities, including a decent small gym and a very comprehensive spa area, with swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzis. The breakfast choice is also extremely wide, so there is something for everyone. The location of the hotel is very good - just a two-minute walk from Krupowki and all the shops and restaurants. Also, the current temporary bus station in Zakopane is only a five-minute walk from the hotel, so getting to the mountains for trekking is easy. The atmosphere in the hotel is always relaxing and restful.
Location was perfect - central Zakopane, but just far enough (100m) away from the noise.

There is a huge choice of breakfast. We were very surprised and happy when we saw the buffet. Spa facilities are great too, especially upstairs ( adults only ), it is nice and peaceful and you have a wide range of saunas, steam rooms and relaxing areas.

Not too big but comfortable spa with 2 saunas, bubble bath, swimming pool and hot tub. The room was large enough and well equipped with a comfortable bed. We have used a squash court too.
