Faleza has turned out to be a positive surprise upon arrival.
The room was bigger than expected and the friendliness of the staff as well.
As requested we got extra pillows which were so big and comfortable that we did not want to leave our beds till the late afternoon despite the good weather.
The hotel is very clean and well-maintained.
Anything that is needed can be requested extra and it seems that no request is too difficult or not possible.
We became big fans of the restaurant as well the breakfast was very wide and you could order on request extras.
The dinners can be chosen a la carte but they are all of high quality and perfectly made to taste. There is also a wide card of wines and other alcohols to make you wonder what to try next.
We had a room with a view of the sea and it was worth it the view is brilliant and nothing matches waking up in the morning to the skyline of a cliff and sea.
All in all, we were very positively surprised and very impressed by the service and friendliness provided by everyone.

What better way to unwind after a day’s sightseeing than relaxing in a health and wellness spa? Spa hotels focus on maximum relaxation for their guests, with luxury features like hot tubs, thermal pools and professional massage services. Some spa hotels use mineral-rich water pumped straight out of the ground, helping to maintain and restore good health.
Wonderful relaxing stay.. the hosts were extremely kind and went over and above to help us organise transport issues. Breakfast was great, more than we could eat. It was lovely to stay in a friendly privately run family accommodation instead of the impersonal businesses so prevalent these days. Would return if it's possible..
It was a very comfortable stay. I would say the living area was the best out of all of the rentals around. Lots of space for kids to play and great if you’re coming with little ones. The facilities are great - there’s barbecue for each house, heated pool, jacuzzi, sauna and playgrounds.
The apartment is located in a recently renovated building. The room is beautifully lit, with large panoramic windows adding charm. The excellent, spacious terrace provides a wonderful space to enjoy the fresh air and relax. The complex has its own parking, but it's quite small - during the high season, it may not be enough, so reserving a parking spot in advance makes sense. The location is very quiet, yet close to the main street and the sea. I would definitely recommend this place.
The staff is very friendly. When I forgot my watch in the room, the receptionist called us immediately after finding it. All the personnel are helpful. The room is clean, and the breakfast food is excellent. The pool area is great and includes a sauna.
Service is amazing, the rooms and entire property are spacious and quiet. You have a large relaxation area both indoors and outdoors. If by any chance the owner is around, you can talk with him about just anything. Since I was there with electric car we had chat about installing charging station at the property which would make this place one of two places with decent AC charging station. If by any chance You like fishing talk to the owner - U may be surprised :)
The swimming pool, sauna and sunbathing area were outstanding. The accommodation was spacious with a good bathroom and a fully loaded modern kitchen-dining space. Charming interiors, on-site parking, a private external dining area, BBQ and beach equipment are a bonus. It was a quiet and relaxing stay. Close distance to the sea. Good contact with the helpful host.

but fairly close to the touristy town of Jastrzębia Góra.

Nice furniture, clean, large rooms, excellent breakfast with huge selection of food. They also have a massage center on site.
