Faleza has turned out to be a positive surprise upon arrival. The room was bigger than expected and the friendliness of the staff as well. As requested we got extra pillows which were so big and comfortable that we did not want to leave our beds till the late afternoon despite the good weather. The hotel is very clean and well-maintained. Anything that is needed can be requested extra and it seems that no request is too difficult or not possible. We became big fans of the restaurant as well the breakfast was very wide and you could order on request extras. The dinners can be chosen a la carte but they are all of high quality and perfectly made to taste. There is also a wide card of wines and other alcohols to make you wonder what to try next. We had a room with a view of the sea and it was worth it the view is brilliant and nothing matches waking up in the morning to the skyline of a cliff and sea. All in all, we were very positively surprised and very impressed by the service and friendliness provided by everyone.

We have upgraded to studio room and that was very good for a family of 3- otherwise standard room is definitely too small. Very nice staff and great, home made food I really enjoyed. Nice pool with very kind personell, playing with my daughter who was there everyday swimming. Nice animations for kids. Very good value for money. In this place it is quiet in the evening- not so loud with horrible disco polo hits like in some other streets of Jastrzebia Gora. All in all, I definitely recommend. Further upgrades of the rooms will make it a prefect place to stay.
