Super convenient and close to station. Breakfast is fantastic and staff are excellent. Best onsen i came across as the temp is 41c. Not too hot. Ive been to 10 or more onsen on this trip and all of them were too hot for my liking. This is the best temperature, and they also have outdoor which is a bonus.

the stay at the hotel was very comfortable. From the room on the 20th floor we had a beautiful view of the hills. The room was well set up and equipped. There was even a massage chair ;). Breakfasts in the room with a view of the port or the mountains were also very nice. The hotel is practically next to the train station, so everything was close. The stay in Kobe was the most relaxing during our trip to Japan.

Love this hotel. Some people have reviewed and said that it is very tired and old fashioned. For us this did not matter. It gave it charm after many characterless modern hotels we stayed in while in Japan. It was clean and comfortable. Most importantly, the room was large, we had space both sides of the bed, bedside cabinets, plenty of room to move around and a large wardrobe, luxury for the price paid. The breakfast was very good and the staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Would highly recommend.

My room was spacious and well-equipped, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful, and breakfasy offers a good selection of Japanese and western item + a great view! There is a public bath and sauna for guests to use, which was a real treat too. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Kobe.

Amazing relaxing experience, treated so well during our stay there. We had the kaiseki multicourse dinner which was delicious and tons of food. Booked the private onsen and a massage in our rooms. Comfortable sleep on the traditional futon beds, what an experience overall. The breakfast was no worse than the dinner!

Our room had a massage chair and was more spacious than your average Japanese business hotel. Very clean, loved the shower/tub. Elevators and hallways always smelled nice, and the background music wherever you went in the hotel was calming, and a pleasant touch. Absolutely great location, as it is minutes from the station, seconds from shopping. Breakfast was amazing - Japanese and western choices, with a variety of juices and teas!

The room was nice, spacious, clean and quiet. The building was modern and recent. The breakfast was nice with a lot of choices. The onsen was nice, with a sauna and different baths. There was free ice cream and yakult, and free ramen in the evening. The location was good, not far from shops and train station. It was a good value for money.
