Roberto is exceptional, he arranges everything you need during your vacation, he and his wife have even prepared a guide with restaurants and surrounding attractions - ideas that are useful for anyone who didn't have time to prepare for the trip and for those who want an authentic recommendation from a local. When we arrived, he pleasantly surprised us… I had booked a room with a jacuzzi and at the same time asked to be accommodated in a suite on a higher floor - and since he had the option, he offered us two rooms, a suite with the most beautiful view of Etna and a room with a jacuzzi. Never before have we been upgraded elsewhere - awesome feeling indeed. The jacuzzi was heated and ready to use on arrival and when we returned from a long cycling tour one day he was waiting for us with a cold beer from the indigenous brewery in Taormina. The accommodation has everything you need: good wifi, coffee machine, parking space, spacious rooms and least but not last - the view! Roberto - once again thank you ✌️

Everything! Most of all we appreciate all the thoughts and care the owners have put in to make the place comfortable and lovely. There was wine and lemon cello as welcoming gifts, delicious olive oil and balsamic vinegar, tea and coffee as well as all the condiments. Plenty of hot water and ample space for everyone to gather or be alone. There is free Netflix so we enjoyed lovely Christmas family movies. Superb location right by the edge of town but not noisy at all. Lovely view of the ocean and the cable cars are very quiet as they gliding by. We'd like to thank Vincenzo and his wife again for being such gracious and understanding owners 🙏 ❤️
