The room was clean and with nice view ! The fact that they are cleaning the room twice a day is amazing, they take care of the small details like preparing glass of water by the bad! The breakfast was good with beautiful view of the mountains. The stuff was helpful with good recommendations on the area! The spa is really good to relax at the end of the day. The lady at the reception was very kind and helpfull. I booked a room at the last minute because of a bad new that shorted my trek and she was a real light in my bad day : she was super patient when my bankcard didn't work, she kept my walking stiks that I had forgotten, she allowed me the next morning to wait for my bus inside so I wouldn't get wet from the rain... Also, the breakfast was delicious and well supplied!
