One of the best hotel experiences I've had in a long time. Designed to the smallest detail in a way everything fits into the astonishing landscape in a contemporary way. The staff was very helpful, friendly and motivated. We will come back.

Amazing location and gourmet dinners - I really like that the lounge area was exclusive for guests with a nice fireplace. Delicious pizza/pasta restaurant downstairs that you can have lunch at in between you ski day. Try the Kiaser Smaren too!

Everything was superb and the view from the room was breathtaking.. There are 4-5 types of saunas/baths, outdoor and indoor pool, relax room and more. Dinner time is adjusted perfectly so that you don't have to rush from your hikes. From the young lady at the reception to the lady and man who were with us during dinner, everyone was super helpful and informative. This was our honeymoon location and everything was perfect.

The best "normally priced" hotel we have stayed in so far. Spa & wellness has totally exceeded our expectations with great selection of saunas, pool you can actually swim in, nice whirlpools, fitness and even a quiet area. Breakfast had great selection and coffee was very tasty. Room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Staff was very nice. But the feature that really elevated this hotel were the stunning mountains that surround the town of Colfosco (and this is coming from a guy living in the alpine region). The views are just amazing in all directions. We were staying in the hotel out of season (end of September) and there was still so much to do (hiking, climbing, biking, tasting good food and beer, spending afternoon in spa,...). Definitely coming back.

Food & service were top notch - this is a family run operation, and they blew us away with the quality and attentiveness. Breakfast was simple but fresh and healthy. Dinners were more akin to fine dining and we were really happy with every meal. They accommodated our three children with ease, making delicious separate meals for them each night. Be prepared to communicate in Italian or German, very little English spoken. But this made for a genuine experience, and helped us connect with the staff members while improving our language skills! The location was insane - the Sella Ronda are on full display, and seem impossibly close and couldn't be more dramatic and beautiful. Could not get over the view the entire time. Having skied the Sella Ronda (slopes are a quick 50 meter walk from property), I'm happy we stayed in Colfosco and especially Pension Garden - it's one of the more breathtaking locations and fairly easy to access the more challenging mountains of Arraba / Val Gardena. Or just stay in Colfosco for fun groomers with the family. Lastly, we enjoyed the outdoor whirlpool hot tub (small, could be a little warmer) as well as their Spa / Sauna each day after skiing. The ski-room area has everything to unload a family of 5's gear and keep it dry and warm. The cleanliness of this property was squeaky clean! They are on it, every nook and cranny. We certainly hope to return, we had an absolute blast and much of that was due to the amazing location, food, comfortable lodging and family friendly vibes that Maria & Alberto provide. Note - there's a local wine, speck & cheese shop just down the street, so you can stock yourself up on all the Italian goodies during your stay.

Everything. The setting: quietly set above the hill overlooking Corvara that seems like a dream below, surrounded by mountains that become rosy in the sunset and shine white under the moon that rises right in front. The amazing decor, warm, natural and elegant at the same time. Every single space is wood paneled, every detail thought of. Very stylish fireplaces that are in all common rooms. The intimate, exquisite spa. Note that the Chalet is part of Kolfuscherhof Hotel. So you get the intimacy of a chalet and the five star service of the Hotel, right beside it, with its splendid lobby, great cocktails, large outside pool and fantastic spas (although I loved the one in the Chalet). Finally the restaurant: fine food, great selection - we couldn’t wait for dinner to come!! Oh - the staff was amazing. So kind and helpful and professional. Wow. Every single staff meme we was outstanding (and absolutely discreet too)
