Location, facilities, amenities and of course, the lovely staff! We had a lovely siblings reunion there and our stay was perfect. The location was very central and having a mall nearby (Astha) was a lovely surprise as well, as we didn’t have to go far for a meal or shopping. We also love the Artesian Bar, we went there on our first night and they served great cocktails 🍸 100% will be back.

Jonathan, Ika, David and the rest of the staff at the Mandarin Oriental were extremely friendly and so helpful and kind. I would not hesitate to stay there again when I'm in Jakarta. Bonus is it's walkable to Grand Indonesia.

Located in Kebayoran Baru, an upscale residential area, rooms at The Dharmawangsa are spacious and elegantly decorated with an Indonesian influence. They feature a marble bathroom, ample workspace and a terrace balcony overlooking the landscaped garden.

We just love the way the Staff at the hotel greet us with : welcome back to your second home. The Dharmawangsa is indeed our favorite hotel in Jakarta. The large green outdoor space makes you feel like you are not in the middle of one of the busiest and most densely populated cities on earth. This was our 4th times staying at the Dharmawangsa and we will always come back. Ary, the barista always makes good V60, the breakfast is amazing, the swimming pool is fantastic, and on top of all that, the hospitality is top of the tops.

Beautiful hotel that is very well appointed. The pool is next level, super huge and has the perfect combination of quiet space for adults and a kids area that is akin to a water park with slide. The rooms are large and clean and the bathroom was beautiful.

Breakfast buffet is always very good with different selections each day, as is the case with the dinner buffet when it’s on. If not dinner buffet, a la carte available. Reliable a/c, plenty of hot water for showers, and comfy beds in a good location. Pool is long enough for decent laps, with a well-equipped gym including sauna. Spa and massages available for additional cost. Staff are very friendly and helpful in all aspects.

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. They serve a big variety of dishes from eggs, toast, beans until fried rice and noodles. They have a nice pool and spa area to relax. The room was very clean and comfortable. We got an upgrade to the club room located in the upper floor where we had a nice view of the city. The piano player in the lobby is a nice extra. The hotel is located in the center of Jakarta. 10 min by car to the Grand Indonesia (mall). Short drive to the National Monument.

Friendly & helpful staff. Plenty of choices for breakfast. From 6~10am. Swimming pool looks nice though I didn't try. There's a spa at 4F. I recommend the foot massage there.

We had an amazing time here. The pool is fantastic, the breakfast was amazing, pillows and mattress were very comfortable, the restaurant downstairs was lovely too. The spa massage was really nice, a bit pricey but normal for in house in the city. It had all the facilities we wanted. They even accommodated our early check in. The staff was super lovely, as always in Indonesia 🇮🇩 ❤️ It was a 5 min walk to the mall Kota Kasablanka. I'll definitely come here again next time. Thanks so much WCJ😊

Excellent hotel for a great price. Facilities were great. One amazing thing - massage that I got in the hotel spa. Might be the best massage in my life. Also breakfast included in the price was really tasty. Overal staff was friendly and helpful. There was a nice pool to use. The hotel is in a great location, if you visit Jakarta and want to sightsee, relax and serves as good base for more trips. Within walking distance there are a lot of attractions.

The gym and spa is really nice. Good technogym machines, inbody body composition scanner. The spa is amazing. Sauna, steam, different plunges and jacuzzi. Breakfast was perfect... big ala carte menu. Really a lovely hotel... by far my new favorite in Jakarta. Le Labo bergamote 22 toiletries is a really nice luxury touch as well.

The reception staff was really nice and spoke good English. Generally the staff is really nice and polite. Big thanks to the staff who paid special attention as I mentioned it was my birthday that day :) The room was clean confortable and with lots of light. You have access to a spa with massages and a pool. We had a great balinese couple massage after a long flight. I recommend it! The breakfast is great with lots of choices. Breakfast was very good, high quality, and quite an amazing choice of pastries/cakes from the bakery! Was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the in-room dining too. The Spa is excellent, the therapists are very well trained, and I had an amazing time, really one of the best Spa. Service was excellent in the hotel in general. The concierge helped us find the best places to look for local art and handicrafts and his recommendations were great.

Brand new hotel with an appartment tower besides the hotel. The hotel lobby is quiet and clean with lots of sofa s to sit and have a moment to relax. It looks like the entrance of a luxury appartment and not like the busy lobby of a hotel. The room is luxurious and spacious and so is the bathroom. I did not use the breakfast but there is a Starbuck at 5 min walk, a Burger King opposite the starbuck and a Holland Bakery with great Indonesian bites like Lemper, risolles and pastel.
