The staff were so friendly and helpful, especially Septi and Heru at breakfast along with Nareen who provided such world-class pastries!The Horizon Club staff were also so helpful and friendly. Our stay could not have been bettered. The food was superb and we will really miss the luxury and attention that we received. One of the best hotels we have experienced.

Fabulous from start to finish, breakfast and particularly the Chinese restaurant for yum Cha was the best ever. Staff so attentive, a great vibe around the place. Had to try the Chi Spa and rebooked the following day as couldn’t fault the service and friendliness of the staff. Will definitely come back again.

What a joy. I splashed out and stayed on the Club floor. Everything about my stay was a delight, from my arrival (a very comfortable check-in in the Club lounge), the room itself (large, very comfortable, high up so great views over the city), the terrific Club lounge afternoon canapes and evening cocktails (very relaxed, I stayed over a weekend and in the run-up to elections, so visitor numbers were lower than at other times), the staff (everywhere in the hotel, but special mention to Ms Fesya and her colleagues in the Club lounge team, just excellent, nothing too much trouble), hotel facilities (great pool and super entertainment in the ground floor lounge where - as the only person there! - I had a personal performance by the super singer/piano duo on Friday evening), terrific breakfast (I chose to eat in the hotel restaurant rather than the Club lounge; the choice was huge, and all superb). All in all, a perfect start to my holiday!

Great breakfast selection. One of the best. Easy to choose a continental style or more traditional asian with lots of choice available. I was able to have 3 business meetings at the lounge on the 2nd floor. Very smooth.

Staff are extremely friendly, especially Awaluddin and Deddy as part of the breakfast serving staff! Some really nice touches for families, like having crayons and paper for kids at the check in desks, bumblebee walking around a breakfast, etc, amd staff who remember your and your kids needs.

The property was chosen as an overnight stopover on our way home from an extended trip. The room was very comfortable and the pool area provided a perfect haven from the heat and a very nice space to spend the day.
