The architecture of room that is like the batak traditional house. Comfortable even though there is no fan or air conditional. The family room is spacious. The resort has nice landscape garden. There is a vegetable farm beside the accommodation. Have nice view of Gunung Sinabung. Although breakfast is not included, it's cafe also serves delicious western food. Like the quiet yet calming of the atmosphere of the hotel. Highly recommended!
We enjoyed 3 days at the Sapo Karo. Simple accommodation, attractive outside area where we could take a very good breakfast, a space to sit inside which was useful as our room was reasonably small. Lots of help with finding things to do, we had a lovely day out with Deni Irawan, who was a great guide.
The guest house is located within walking distance to town centre/market. Room is spacious for one, I had very nice sleep. The host and his family are very friendly and helpful in giving travel advices. I went to the Mt. Sibayak tour with them which I really enjoyed. Price is depends one the group size but it's reasonably cheaper from what you can get from Klook. Few options for breakfast to choose from which is lovely!
The accomodation is perfect for a stoppover to Lake Toba. We did a volcano tour with Erwin Sinaga and Agus, they do their best for us, coffee on the top and breakfast in the hotel after trekking, we also enjoyed the hot springs for relaxing after the hike. The price was really good and they werd very friendly. After the tour Agus brought us to Lake Toba. I really recommend the hotel and the tour for 100%, thank you and tremakassi

The hosts were incredibly nice! The room is nice with a lot of space to put your bags and the bed is super comfortable. Nice shower with warm water. But the best of all was the breakfast, homemade by the host. We really enjoyed our stay here.
This was an amazing experience. The owners are such a lovely people. They recommended us a lot of amazing places what to see and where to eat. We did not take the sunrise tour to volcano but we were advised how to get there on our own. We really liked how they understood our needs and did not push us into the experience we did not want. The room was very spacious with hot shower. The breakfast was delicious with nice extra fruit. We even got a gluten free pancake.
The room was clean and spacious, you have hair dryer in the room(so u don't have to call to ask for it), breakfast was amazing(Indonesian breakfast), garden was stunning, good size swimming pool. The manager was very friendly and approachable.
We really enjoyed our stay at Nachelle and would definitely recommend it. The livingroom downstairs is really big and spacious. In the first floor, where the bedrooms are, are big Sofas in a commen area as well. The room was very clean and spacious as well.
