The hotel offered different types of rooms and was close to the aqua park in Miskolc. The spa/wellness area was varied, with good range of saunas. Drinks were offered on the poolside which we appreciated. Meals were varied.
The hotel is situated few minutes walk from the thermal cave spa. The surroundings are amazing with forest and park. The food was fantastic, also cocktails are yummy. It has wide selection of breakfast based on hungarian traditional taste. The building and our room was very clean and modern. I liked the amenities in the bathroom. The staff is very helpful and nice and friendly. Especially Virag at the reception and Akos in the restaurant. I highly recommend the place for everyone who wants to relax in a beautiful quiet place.
We had the best weekend at Bástya hotel, it was clean and cozy. The wellness part was my favorite, because there were few people around and the variery of saunas were amazing! The breakfast was delicious and a large variety too.
The hotel is in a good location near Cave Bath. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast and dinner were delicious only the prices in restaurant for drinks are a bit higher. The wellness was great, a lot of possibilities to relax(pool,jacuzzi, sauna and steam room)+ gym. Parking space behind the hotel.
Amazing staff, always nice and polite. They speak very good English :) Breakfast was yummy, it was good selection of breakfast buffet. For a dinner we had tasty meal from their Steak House restaurant. There is a small swimming pool, hot tubs / jacuzzi, small children play area, good for families with children. Large outdoor Thermal spa with cave is just few minutes walk, so not too far from accommodation.

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the bus from Miskolc and the Cave Bath. Our room was spacious and had good amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful. The wellness area has a good Finnish sauna.
Everything - very nice hotel, the most clean hotel in Hungary, wellness is great, the food is excellent, breakfast is nice. The hotel is fantastic, very kind staff. The parking place has enough space.
