Place was big, newly refurbished and very clean.
Location is excellent, right behind the central train station.
Place had everything necessary and more. Cooktop, big fridge, washing machine etc.
The common room is spacious and very good place to have a breakfast before exploring the city or relax after a day in Zagreb.
Private parking place was included, which was excellent for us.
Communication with the host was very easy and fast.

Lovely friendly staff, so helpful and the room was beautiful. The hotel is very close to the main square and has some nice restaurants and cafes nearby. I was only in Zagreb one night and needed somewhere very relaxing and this was it. I wish I had used the spa and massage facilities, massage prices were quite reasonable.

Superb location with all attractions close by, we loved that there was cinema just next door. Garage was spacious and clean, and very reasonably priced for hotel guests.

Breakfast has something for everyone. Upon request, I received a gluten-free menu. The rooms are spacious, clean with particularly comfortable beds.
The mini bar offers a selection of local products. The fitness center and relaxation area with sauna and massage are a hit. I will definitely come back again!
I love that hotel have their own parking that's why i choose this one. Also because they are having welness and spa. I didn't know before that their welness is so beautiful and also massage is really good. Their saunas are the best. Also room is really big, comfortable, the bathroom had their own bath and a lot of space. The breakfast is literally perfect. What ever you can imagine, is there. The best hotel ever.
We were welcomed with kindness and in our room we found a lovely greeting card from the staff together with cupcakes and water. The breakfast was exceptionally good, the room was spacious and the bed extremely comfortable. Spa facilities truly surprised us, 3 different saunas, a pool area and a lovely relaxation area, topped off by a large gym! The spa treatments were top notch and the service throughout our stay was impeccable.
