Perfect location for a stroll into town. The decor inside was to a very high standard - very clean and comfortable. Really good use of the space. Coffee machine much appreciated. Shower lovely and hot. A good spot to relax after a day's cycling. Can recommend Mr Coopers Coffee House for cakes/coffee/breakfast.

Fabulous hotel, very attentive staff, comfortable room. We were given a room upgrade on arrival as it was my husbands birthday. Breakfast was lovely and the spa facilities were great. Very relaxing and quiet hotel, couldn’t hear any noise from other guests. Location was nice and peaceful but within easy reach of Whitby and Sandsend.

Breakfast was amazing, a huge spread with lots of choice Dinner was fantastic, we were pleasantly surprised Staff were all lovely and helpful Spa gets busy but was a relaxing treat We booked a dog friendly room which was actually a duplex cottage which worked so well. Cosy underfloor heating, plenty of space and loved having a separate upstairs bedroom.

Good selection for breakfast, choice of cereals, museli and fruits etc also full cooked breakfasts, also enjoyed the Evening menu. Relaxing Spa and Sauna downstairs well worth a visit. We'll located in a country setting for Whitby and other coastal resorts and out onto the Yorkshire Moors. Would certainly go again.

A spacious, bright, well equipped ground floor duplex apartment in a fab location and relatively secure outside patio. Quality bed linen and towels were provided, and the welcoming items of tea, coffee, biscuits, crisps, etc. were a nice touch, as were the christmas tree and decorations, for a December visit. It would have been perfect for a cosy, relaxing break on the coast.
