Spa hotels focus on maximum relaxation for their guests, with luxury features like hot tubs, thermal pools and professional massage services. Some spa hotels use mineral-rich water pumped straight out of the ground, helping to maintain and restore good health.
The staff were really accommodating, considering we arrived at a busy time.
The room over looked the square, which was lovely, especially nice with the sunset. Didn't really have space for parking, but there was a large free carpark in walking distance. Breakfast was lush. The pub had a really lovely, relaxed, friendly vibe with locals enjoying it, too. Lovely busy pub.
Nice decor with a rustic feel. Warm and welcoming. Definitely will be visiting again and definitely will be recommending.
Lovely place, excellent outdoor space to relax. Booked a table for dinner rather than eat out, so glad did, food was excellent, really impressed. Great breakfast too which was included in price to stay.

This hotel is in an excellent central but peaceful location. The room was spacious and very well equipped for relaxing. The food at breakfast and at dinner was delicious and varied and great value. All the staff went out of their way to assist us - what more could one ask?
The spa facilities were really good, the pool, sauna, hydro suite and steam room. All inclusive in cost.

Room wasn't the biggest but comfortable with storage and plenty hooks to hang clothes.

Room was very nicely decorated and spacious. Power shower was nice. Very nice looking over the golf course having breakfast. Swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, steam room very clean.
The staff were welcoming and friendly. Our room was lovely, spacious and clean. The hotel was very central and were able to walk to the castle easily. A continental breakfast was included and we had everything we needed. A happy a d relaxed stay.
The pictures online did not do Bucket Lock Cottage justice! Just so beautiful and spacious with lovely decor that made us all feel at home. We didn't have to get into our car all weekend, which was a lovely break from normal life. Spent our time relaxing at the property or walking along the canal to the pub and nearby villages.
Friendly and helpful staff. Acceptable prices. All the facilities we were interested in such as spa, swimming pool, sauna were included in the booking. That was a very nice surprise. Breakfast was nice.
