Great location, nicely decorated. Comfortable bed and clean linen etc. Host allowed us to check in an hour early and was there immediately to let us in and give us the keys

Had a wonderful stay at the corner cottage. On first arrival the cottage was very clean and felt very spacious. We was very impressed with the door lock system! So easy! The cottage itself is very roomy we travelling as a party of 7 and was pleasantly surprised there was enough space for us all to sit in the living room!
the cottage is fully equipped in the kitchen and the livingroom had a wonderful selection of games and DVDs for the little ones! Nice picnic bench outside followed by a little court yard with a pingpong table safe space to let child run around b4 bed. high chairs and trvael cotts also included which was a bonus touch!
we checked out at 10am and went swimming for an hour and after we remembered we forgot my little ones soft toy returning to the cottage to collect it was no problem and the host dale has had brilliant communication from the moment we booked 100% recommend booking the corner cottage

Excellent choices for breakfast. All staff friendly and helpful. Lounge was tastefully decorated, spacious and relaxing . Bed was very comfortable pillows too.
We were upgraded, wow the facilities were brilliant, so spacious, clean and a bath that you could really relax in. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen facilities were super. Breakfast was cooked to order and was very good. Thank you it was really appreciated.
The staff were brilliant, the room was spacious clean and tidy and the breakfast was good , this a quaint , quirky sort of place that is very relaxing , and is only 10 minutes from scarborough
Breakfast was reasonable The Spa was ok ,swimming pool was smaller than in the pictures and not very warm.The saunas were good but the whole Spa facility was dark.

Loved the spa, choice of 2 saunas, steam room, ice room, hot tub and a small swimming pool. Views are beautiful would definitely pay for a sea view room it’s so worth it.
