Size of rooms was good. The bathroom was also of a comfortable size, despite being dated. The water pressure and temperature was adequate. The staff was kind and informative. The restaurant had tall ceilings and a lot of natural light.

Superb, location, facilities all better than expected
What better way to unwind after a day’s sightseeing than relaxing in a health and wellness spa? Spa hotels focus on maximum relaxation for their guests, with luxury features like hot tubs, thermal pools and professional massage services. Some spa hotels use mineral-rich water pumped straight out of the ground, helping to maintain and restore good health.
The location was great as it was in short walking distance from the main shopping area. The dining room was quite grand and a lovely space to eat in. Breakfast was good with both continental and full English options. The hotel had a nice lawn with outdoor seating to enjoy the sunny weather, a nice bar area to relax in as well as a separate lounge area.
Nidd house is amazing, from a friendly host to well equipped kitchen, comfy bed and lovely and clean!
We were attending the food festival and it was a lovely 20-25min walk from the apartment or £7 taxi.
Spent the weekend relaxing, playing games, cooking and just basically having a week earned break. Thank you, highly recommend.
Small, private outdoor space too, with table and chairs ideal for morning cuppa or a drink later in the day.
This was our second trip with the Harrogate Inn and we loved it as before. We were lucky and got the last parking space. ☺️ The room was clean and bright. The shower in the bathroom is great quality and felt like luxury. Breakfast was extensive with a lovely range of foods. We'd definitely stay again in the future!
I arrived quite late in the evening and was quite tired but received a very warm welcome from the staff. I was spending some time in Harrogate to do a spa day at the Turkish Baths and then I was planning to see a friend in Stockport.
Nicely appointed hotel. Very good restaurant and comfortable bar area. The spa and pool are pretty good, with an excellent sauna and steam room. Breakfast was very good. The rooms with 2 large beds are great for our purposes, and I wish more hotels had them.
Hotel upgraded us to a suite, nice large room. Lovely old building, impressive.
Great breakfast, lots of choice.
Nice spa with good sized pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi.
Staff very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was excellent, it had everything I expected from a breakfast. The atmosphere was very relaxed and felt welcoming. Our room was spacious, clean and warm with coffee & tea-making facilities. The hotel is in an excellent location, right in the heart of Harrogate with a short walk to restaurants, bars & shops.
Loved the room. Spacious & nice to relax in.
My 2 boys loved the room, as it has bunk beds & a huge bay window with a lovely view.
Bathroom was clean & a decent size.
Plenty of space in the main bedroom & access to Disney+, bbc iplayer etc on the TV.
Breakfast was also very good.
Great stay.
Our stay was very relaxing, the decor is lovely and the staff were all so friendly and helpful. Rooms were spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The food was definitely a highlight: we had an excellent dinner and the breakfast the next day was superb as well. Would really recommend for a quaint countryside escape.
