Sauna, hot tub and steam room were spacious and well maintained. All staff were courteous and friendly. The gym although limited allowed me to complete a full although slightly improvised routine. Breakfast was good hot and filling, fair choices available and reasonable value.

Beautiful decor inside, splendid gardens, the ambiance relaxing, a very welcoming hotel, the staff were all lovely & willing to help wherever possible. A good size gym with all the basics you would need, nice swimming pool & hot tub, the outdoor spa provided a choice of seating in both sun or shade including swing chairs & sofas, the pool wasn’t too cold & also had jets. A good choice of buffet breakfast, the lunch & dinner was superb.

There were areas to relax, do work or even eat around the hotel. Customer service was excellent as expected at Holiday Inn. Food in the restaurant was good. Good to know spa access was available but I didn't use it on this visit. A good sized TV with You Tube and Netflix options available. The pancake maker in the breakfast area was a bonus for my daughter and the buffet breakfast was very good with various options.

Good location close to Surrey University and Cathedral. Indoor pool, jacuzzi, Turkish bath and sauna (with no extra charge). Quiet rooms and comfy beds. All rooms are on the ground floor. No stairs or lift. There always seems to be enough parking spaces, but I don't know how this would be during busy times (e.g. summer weekends).

The receptionist named Larissa was really good and friendly. She accommodated our request on check-in. Jake from Har Bar restaurant was amazing, too. He is very good and knows everything and we had a great time during our dinner and breakfast the next day. The location is also easy to find. The lounge bar New Year's party was great too..We loved it. The spa was a steal, too. Tia (manager of Har spa) agreed to our request as well.. Too bad the sauna wasn't working when we visited.

A variety of breakfast items to choose from, a big layout, a well designed hotel, many facilities, and a health centre with a swimming pool, sauna, steam, jacuzzi, gym and studio, there was also a Specialists massage centre that offered all kind of massages. The family room was very spacious but could have done with a mini fridge. Other rooms did have this available

The jacuzzi bath tub was a saver, other wise our night would have been worst. Spa was packed and facilities seem basic , more like a leisure gym and not spa relaxation luxury .
