The location was excellent - it was near different metro stations and a train station. Also after walking for three minutes there was a great view of the Eiffel Tower. The staff was exceptional! They did everything to do our stay pleasant and went out of the way to help us out even after check out. The bed was very comfortable with a soft warm blanket in addition. Would definitly check for free rooms here for my next visit!

I requested a corner room with a balcony and early check-in before my arrival. I received everything I asked for. The view from our room was beautiful and the bed was comfortable. The room looked as beautiful as the pictures as well. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is located in a street with many restaurants, a pharmacy next door and 2 train stations nearby.

Very good hotel, nice and cozy room. Great location if you have some shopping to do , plus you can get anywhere in Paris easily from Gare Saint Lazare. I appreciated 24/7 provided coffee machine and water refill in the lobby.
