Martin met us on arrival to hand over the keys and gave a superb overview of the apartment. Martin was excellent. He was very welcoming and helpful before we arrived with any questions we had and again when we arrived. Martin arranged the taxi for collection at the airport. Driver was excellent and on time. All rooms were clean and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. TV was a smart TV and allowed us to login and use our Netflix and Disney+ accounts. Overall a wonderful experience. within 2-3 mins we were at Val D'Europe train station. (2 min one-stop train to Disney or 35 mins in other direction to the Louvre on RER A Line)

We booked this property very last minute after our AirBnB failed to meet expectations. We got a very good price for 4 nights. The hotel had only been open for 12 days and still had renovation works going on which we were well informed of. The rooms were spotless, the beds the comfiest we’ve ever stayed in and the staff were wonderful. The location is absolutely ideal for families visiting Disney (9 minute drive) or Centre Parcs (3 minute drive) and Val D’Europe shopping centre is also just minutes away. We can’t wait to return to use all of the facilities when the hotel is complete.
