We were moved to the Vila Terasy building after having some issues with our room in the Cafe Terasy. The manager was very accommodating to our needs and reacted promptly to our messages.
Both the Vila and Cafe Terasy rooms are spacious and beautifuly designed offering everything you might need for a short or longer stay. We stayed over a week and it was perfect - good location near the centre, tasty breakfasts and convenient parking.

The rooms are clean but a bit cramped for a family. In the corridor there is an unpleasant smell from the restaurant's kitchen. The lady at the reception was very nice and welcoming while we checked in. The breakfast was very poor, there were even missing serving utensils and the guy who served was not very welcoming.

Everything, we spent two nights here and it was like a dream. A beautifully designed room, great food, a magical place with lots of possibilities and a view of Ještěd. We just have to recommend.

We’ve known it for many years and have seen it from almost post communist to it’s very different modern state. We have had a small suite for the past few years which has been very good. We arrived this year when the temperature was high 30s and discovered the area where most of the suites are situated has no AC.
The hotel immediately offered to transfer us - to the biggest suite I have ever seen, and for which we were very grateful

I have been traveling with my PhD student and this is the joint evaluation of our stay. We liked the comfort of the beds in our rooms and the fact that in was quiet.
