the single room i had is big and clean and has a balcony (the view is to the forest); Hotel had excellent wifi, good breakfast ; location is near the Torrent skilift and has its own funicular which goes to the ski lift and to "Promenade" street . Otherwise you have to hike a bit :)
The lady from the reception is awesome- she is so helpful and polite , i believe you wont gonna find someone like her in the area :)

Excellent location in the center of the village, close to the restaurants and supermarket, 10 min walk to the Torrent lift, nice breakfast, great spa with sauna and jacuzzi, we lived in the family lounge, which had spacious living room and bedrooms, comfortable beds, big wardrobes for clothes, smart TV, kitchenette - all you need for the family stay for a week!

A great hotel to stay - where wellness and relaxation is a must. The spa is a must try - it has sauna, Turkish bath, hot spring pool and jacuzzi.
The room is spacious and well appointed
It is a charming little hotel in the center. The owner is super nice and all the staff are smiling and very helpful . It is a perfect hotel for a family with 3 kids. The breakfast was excellent and the kids loved the place. The rooms are simple but super clean. We had dinner twice in the restaurant and the food was delicious with excellent price for 5 persons. I really recommend the place for a few days of vacations. We will come back for sure and it is 5 min walk from the hot tub bath and swimming pools to relax.

I was pleasantly surprised with the renovated restaurant and bar area. The design is modern and cosy, the food is delicious. The breakfast was rich in the selection and even had champaign. Wellness area is very nice with hot water pools and sauna. Kids friendly hotel. we has a wonderful stay and will come back again. I would only suggest to up-grade kids play corner with table and chairs for kids, games and some drawing sheets and pencils.
Abolute quietness, discrete but efficient room service, royal breakfast is with freshly pressed orange juice, wide choice of bread, fruits, cheese plus swiss sparkling wine .

The room was very comfortable and clean, it was a junior suite in the bathhouse Therme 51. The bathroom was big with a shower, comfortable beds, coffee and tea to make with a thermo pot, bottle of water and bathrobes for the spa. The breakfast was really good, bis variety, everything tasty, the staff was very kind! The spa has 3 saunas 60-90°C, one steam bath 45°C, an indoor swimming pool, an outdoor whirlpool and a hot tub with ~46°C thermal water. Everything looked very clean. On the day of your check out you can stay in the spa until 14pm!
Loved the pool and the spa. Great sauna and hammam. Receptionist staff were very helpful. A very enjoyable and relaxing stay. Great breakfast with both hot and cold possibilities.
