There are everything necessary for our 1 week stay in Crans Montana. Equipments and facilities were clean and there are lots of space for relaxing in the accommodation. Response from hosts were timely and deposits were returned quickly. We'd like to return here someday and introduce to our friends.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Alaia Lodge during a business trip to Crans Montana, and it exceeded all expectations! The lodge offers an ideal environment for work and relaxation. The serene atmosphere and comfortable accommodation allowed me to concentrate on my tasks, while the practical facilities, such as high-speed internet and a well-equipped workspace, ensured my productivity. Hotel very well located in the center and 5 minutes walk from the Cry d'Er ski lifts. Very well decorated and very pleasant hotel, beautiful terrace, excellent service, spacious room, well decorated, very comfortable and quiet. Excellent restaurant in the hotel, good salty-sweet buffet breakfast, bus stop at the bottom of the hotel.
I chose this hotel for the spa, and I was not disappointed. I enjoyed my massage and steam room. There's also a sauna and pool. The hotel is easily accessible from downtown and close to everything.
Spa area is fabulous and the breakfast buffet is one of the best we have had. The room was so quiet, newly renovated, and the decor is gorgeous. We absolutely loved it here!
great location next to the lifts. Refurbished modern rooms with ample space (family room), although not much space for clothes. Food at the dinner was very good, breakfast plentiful (although fresh fruits were not available). Kids enjoyed the games room and spend hours there. The pool with sauna and hammam was big and warm. Added bonus the ski and boots rooms. (boots kept warm in special hangers). Staff very accomodating, especially Matias at the dining.
I definitely liked the very high standards of this 5-stars hotel. Everything was literally perfect, excellent breakfast with a nice view on the mountains, very good dinner and I especially liked spending a moment at the bar, great conversation with the bar tender with amazing cocktails.
We enjoyed 80min of a full body relaxing massage, which was one of the very best I ever had. I would like to come back just for this massage!
I strongly recommend this hotel, for sure an amazing stay.
