Check in was very easy - friendly, welcoming staff. The hotel parking was quite expensive $32 per day, but the front desk advised us that there was an indoor parking lot at $18 per day directly opposite which was a much better option. The room was spacious and very comfortable for a family of 4. We didn't use the breakfast resto or pool, but both looked nice.

Free breakfast with eggs & pancakes, comfortable bed to rest (once you managed to get in), geolocation extremely central perfect to walk everywhere, helpful staff, clean and fun space to meet people, shower was spacious and fridge in the room with shelves if you're staying a few nights to get settled. It's like a hostel atmosphere but with private space.

The room is spacious. I found many clean towels. The bedding was clean. I stayed on the ground floor; the door opened to the parking lot where I had parked my car. It was easy to transport my luggage into the room. The TV was very large with a variety of channels. The room was equipped with a coffee maker, a mini-fridge, and a microwave oven. The breakfast was satisfactory (omelet and sausages; you can make toast and waffles, and there's coffee, tea, and three types of juices available.)

Spacious and beautifully presented apartment with superb facilities for a family of four. The location is within a short drive (30 min walk) of Old Quebec City and the local neighbourhood had a lovely bakery/cafe for breakfast and various good restaurants for dinner. The roof terrace was a lovely spot for an evening drink and relax after a day of exploring the city. The owners provided lots of information and were incredibly helpful. Would recommend and stay there again.

Excellent location in the upper old town. Delightful staff and delicious coffee, pastries and more for breakfast. Our spacious room was on the 3rd floor so we got our exercise walking up and down, but there is a lift to carry luggage up. Public parking was 5-10 min walk away. There is a lovely large garden to relax in as well.
