Avoid this hotel! It’s being renovated in parts. We were happy as the hotel made accepted a few requirements - quieter room, higher floor, etc, as we wanted to take a good night sleep and leave for Greece in the morning. The room was one of the new ones - I initially ignored two cob webs, but the. I found a spider under my pillow. I raised the mattress and saw bugs under the mattress. I don’t know what kind, but I have a video. We showed it to the reception. The person was nice, although he tried to convince me changing the room will be hard as everything is booked. After seeing two mote rooms just next door to ours that were not booked, we changed the room. We saw 2, as the 1st one the person showed also had the same bugs, and the person saw them. The lady that came to the help with changing the sheets for the retractable sofa also saw them. We asked that we get a reimbursement or at least a not pay for the dinner, which was also bad. In the morning they said because we had prepaid via booking nothing can be done and the restaurant bill, which is part of the hotel is separate and the bill must be paid. Booking’s CS was also no help.

The Food was good - both the breakfast and dinner. It was good that there was a lunch menu. The SPA area was really nice (the saunas and the relax area) and the procedures were OK. The room was specious enough and the parking was very close by.

What better way to unwind after a day’s sightseeing than relaxing in a health and wellness spa? Spa hotels focus on maximum relaxation for their guests, with luxury features like hot tubs, thermal pools and professional massage services. Some spa hotels use mineral-rich water pumped straight out of the ground, helping to maintain and restore good health.
The spa is great, I really loved the outdoor jacuzzi which is more like a mini-swimming pool. I also got a massage which was nice. Staff is really nice, breakfast good. Bed really comfortable and location super central
Great comfortable facilities at Sansanski resort city! Well designed, well build, huge confy rooms. Very good spa with sauna, steam room and small jacuzzi style indoor pool. Huge outdoor poll, was to cold to use it. Any way tried it once.
All facilities looks like really luxury Villa at properties of real winery. So everything is looking great!
Clean rooms and functional facilities, although calcareous residues are present. Good diversity of pools. Pool bar is nice. Spa is well equipped (a hotter sauna would be nice). Reasonable breakfast and dinner for half board (not fancy, but you may find a few good options). They also have a la carte. Although drinks were not include, prices are reasonable (we spent around 50 Euro euro on a 3 days stay 2 adults+1child, ordering everything we needed). Would recommend and come back.
Swimming pools and saunas are wonderful, warm water, very clean and quiet and not crowded at all, could find many empty sunbeds. Breakfast was very good, with enough options to pick from. Coffee was pretty ok. Staff very friendly.
Parking was large. Great place to relax a bit if you have a long way ahead to drive, or even a good option to spend a few days there and relax.
The hotel is located in the center of Sandanski, therefore is perfect if you want to take a walk and visit the city. My room was very clean and I slept very well. We paid 100 Leva (50 EUR) for one night. The price included the breakfast, the access to the SPA with a swimming pool, a jacuzzi with thermal water, a steam room and a sauna. You can pay extra for massage. Moreover the place is equipped with a changing room and showers. We have received a 15% discount for the dinner. The food was very nice and the atmosphere was really nice.
I liked absolutely everything: friendly and helpful staff, well-groomed territory, wonderful spa!😊😊😊
The hotel has 5 pools: 2 outside, one with hot water for winter swimming and 3 inside in the SPA area, one of which can be used for a fee, as it is located in the massage area.
Delicious and varied breakfasts in the restaurant, polite waiters.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was big and delicious. There was a garage with a personal space for your car. The wellness center was amazing - it had a large swimming pool, a jacuzzi, a zone for hydromassage, a Finnish sauna, a herbal sauna, steam bath and salt room, all included in the price. Everything was very clean and well-kept. The rooms were with new furniture and very clean.
