This is the most amazing getaway in Frankston. The property itself has everything you could want and more and the location is unbeatable! Pam was beyond amazing and all the little thoughtful things she did for our holiday made it just that much more amazing. It felt incredibly private and secluded. I'm going to be shouting from the rooftops to anyone who'd listen about what a gem this place is.

    My friends and I had a wonderful stay here. Pam was a thoughtful and generous host and the location meant we could wander to the beach, kayak, laze in the spa, massage chair or comfy couches with a plethora of games. We all came away from our weekend relaxed and saying how recharged and refreshed we feel. Thank you so much :)

    Everything about the property I couldn't falt, spotless outdoor area is amazing to relax with an open fireplace. Not to mention the spa... house itself was amazing spacious clean and bathrooms were fantastic.. highly recommended..

    FRoom was spacious. Loved the spa. Excellent location. Walking distance to shopping, great food and only 1lm from the water. Breakfast was amazing.

    Service was awesome. Jimmy was very helpful and all staff were very kind. Spa was super, kids enjoyed. Breakfast was exceptional too.

    The location was great, walking distance to the beach and the main centre - the rooms were generous size, nice balcony and view of the trees. Even though you’re on a Main Street we didn’t feel like it. The spa in the room was so great! Breakfast was also delicious and the staff were super friendly.
