The junior suite with river view we were given was truly amazing and exceeded our expectations, the decor was perfect for our stay. Staff were so graceful and polite tending to our requests. We loved all the little touches such as mini Sacher tortes on arrival to have, the 2-3x daily making up of the room. The beds are comfortable. The hotel was really beautiful and felt so Austrian which was fun as it was our first time in the country. Our room had a lovely sitting area with windows overlooking the pool. The outside area looked stunning. I wish we could have enjoyed the pool and outdoor area. It was very convenient having a restaurant at the hotel although very few people spoke English and the menus were not in English. Thankfully google translate on our phones saved the day!
