Directly connected to the Narzissenbad Spa, the Narzissen Vital Resort Bad Aussee combines regional traditions and modern architecture and offers panoramic views of the surrounding mountains of the Salzkammergut and Ausseerland. The centre of Bad Aussee is 1.5 km away.

During their stay, guests can use all facilities of the Narzissenbad free of charge, including the indoor and outdoor pools, the large spa area with sauna and the medical fitness area.

Everything was excellent! We liked the most the free access to the pools/spa area (unbelievable selection of heated pools, both outside and inside), the free parking, the very big room, and the breakfast.

The pool and sauna area features an 80 m² indoor pool, a 179 m² outdoor pool (also heated in winter), several saunas, a steam bath, massages, and a fitness room. Relaxation rooms are also available.

The restaurant includes a winter garden and a garden terrace. It offers regional cuisine made from fresh and healthy products. Half-board includes a breakfast buffet and a dinner with several courses and a choice of dishes.

Great location. Amazing breakfast and food in general. Every single member of the staff delivers perfect service. This is challenging and a great achievement. Respect. The room was nice and most importantly quiet. The view to the Loser is wonderful. I’m not the Spa type so I didn’t use it a lot but it’s nice, it was not overcrowded and the teabar plus nuts and dry fruit is welcomed. I would have appreciated a higher water temperature in the pools but that’s minor. It was warm enough to feel good inside. The golf course is around the corner and next to the hotel. I’m not an expert but the course looked rather mediocre to me and just as much maintained as necessary. But that’s not part of the hotel and not their responsibility. I will definitely come back again.

Breakfast was perfect. Hadn't had it for a long time. What a quality! Location was breathtaking and peaceful. The room was very very comfortable and also i loved the sauna seat. The sauna was definitely bonus point for some extra cherry on top. Thank you for the wonderful staff and the service. I will definitely come again. Beautiful hotel above Grundlsee. Our room was quite small but cosy, with small kitchen and big balcony. Breakfast was delicious with a lot of choices even sparkling wine. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was also very tasty. Big swimming pool with lake views is nice place to rest. Staff was also very friendly, they prepared baby cot for our daughter for free. We can recommend this place.

Amazing place with incredible view like in fairytail, I think even better than in Halstatt. Very clean and fresh rooms after renovation Very well equipped kitchen (coffemachine, kettle but no tea, take with you)). Friendly personnel. Good breakfast with a lit of options. Free spa (sauna and pool). I would be happy to come again for a longer stay!

Fantastic, comfortable bed. Very warm inside room, which was crucial due to cold weather outside. Sauna available all the time with additional space to rest and make yourself some tea with lake view. Free, spacious parking in front of hotel. Good breakfast. Beautiful view on the lake and mountains.
