The staff is amazing especially the girl at the reception is really very helpful.

Special thanks to Ms. Dilara from the reception desk for changing one of the rooms we have booked to be double bed room instead of twin room as per my request, and for fulfilling our request with friendly approach and high professionalism. Definitely I will recommend this hotel to my friends and it will be the hotel to stay next time I visit Bursa
