The room was nicely designed, everything seemed to be newish, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the restaurant had great breakfast, good variety of drinks and food for dinner to. Storage room was excellent for the skis and boots. (Although we will never ski in Slovakia again, as the management of the ski region is terrible).

Fantastic breakfast, very clean room, and a facility for my snowboard with a boot dryer (which is very useful). the staff was also nice. The location is optimal—close to the ski bus stop and central.
